Arlington Pointe

Arlington Pointe is located approximately 3 miles west of the Ohio State University in the wonderful community of Upper Arlington. We manage one condo in this community that features easy access to OSU, Grandview, the Shops on Lane Avenue, the Short North Arts and Entertainment District, and Dublin.

The community features a pool and sundeck clubhouse with fitness center, event kitchen, and the condo features direct access to the Scioto River. Arlington Pointe is also connected to Griggs Reservoir which includes several multi-purpose trails and a frisbee golf course. Arlington Pointe is located in one of Ohio’s best school districts, Upper Arlington Schools.

Commute times are: 10 minutes to Ohio State University; 15 minutes to downtown Columbus; 25 minutes to Port Columbus International Airport and; 60 minutes to Dayton.

We presently lease a two bedroom two bathroom riverfront condo within this community.
